  • Sells products to international markets by identifying customers; meeting their needs.
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
  • Approach existing customers as well as potential customers, understand their organizational structure, type of products, their market, their plans…to take orders from them
  • Directly join the meeting with customers for solving problem on quality as well as service
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
  • Work closely with production to get on time samples, and Sales orders
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
  • Sell company’s products in the market/territory in the world
  • Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, prepare contracts and record orders and relative information
  • Maintain positive customer/distributor relationships; pursue sale leads, conclude orders
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationship with existing and new customers
  • Effectively plan sales and services activities in market/territory to ensure that sales plans and targets are achieved
  • Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals
  • Resolve problems with products and services if any
  • Be responsible for business activities assigned by Sales Manager
  • Ensure the sales activities are carried out effectively
  • Set up and maintain good relationship with current/new customers, explore and look for potential customers. Introduce company’s products to them.
  • Carry out other works upon assigned by Sales Manager
  • Make customer survey to see their responses on our product design, quality, price, service. Report to Sales Manager, to find out solutions and suggest methods for improvement
  • Make assigned weekly and monthly report to Sales manager
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
  • At least 02-03 years experienced at equivalent job at a foreign owned enterprise
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dynamic, positive, confident, self-motivated and a team player
  • Ability to understand the market and customers’ requirement
